Parking a motorcycle on a soft surface is always a dicey proposition. There’s nothing worse than coming back out to find out your side stand has sunk into hot pavement or mud, making your bike prone to tipping over. One of my earliest practical CNC milling projects was to make this side stand plate for a friend. I still haven’t made one for myself!
